What is the ING Business Course

Be prepared for 3 days filled with challenges. During the ING Business Course we’ll provide an in-depth look into our banking operations – from Commercial Banking to Marketing, Risk Management and IT to General Management. This is the way to find out what ING has to offer as a future employer.

The location of the ING Business Course is in and around Amsterdam. Transport, hotel, meals and drinks will be provided within the programme. Join us on December 7, 8 and 9.

Selection criteria

To join the Business Course you need to be an ambitious Master student who is eager to learn fast and find out what ING has to offer. To excel during the ING Business Course, you’ll need both intellectual and social skills. You will be challenged to show your individual competences, but team spirit is equally important to us.

Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation date within 14 months at a Dutch university
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Pro-active
  • Customer-oriented
  • International mindset
  • Eager to share your vision
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a complex, dynamic environment
