Job Description

Due to the diverse nature of the HSSE function, graduates will be exposed to a number of rotational assignments in HSSE with the possibility to specialise in one of the different HSSE areas. Graduates will be trained in HSSE and will be working in a joined-up way across the areas to contribute to sustainable development.

We have a range of potential HSSE vacancies for graduates fresh out of university or with maximum three years of work experience:
- Process Safety Specialists
- Technical HSSE Engineers
- Environmentalists
- Sustainability Reporting Specialists
- System Support & Communication Coordinators

Desired Skills & Experience

Shell's prestigious HSSE graduate programme particularly suits graduates with a Master degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Safety Engineering or in Risk management, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Process Safety, Environmental studies, or an interest in Safety, Health, the Environment or Sustainable Development or similar subjects.

While an academic background is important to us, it's not our main consideration.
